Wanda was one the kindest person I have ever met. Of course we grew up together and beautiful Highland Falls. Wanda was always quiet, but she always had a smile and she loved to laugh. My prayers goes out to the family. My condolences to all but know that that beautiful spirit has earned her wings and she is now your guardian angel. that's a blessing. Tracy Jones
