Randolph “Randy” Luis Aviles, 45, of Newburgh, NY, passed away on March 6, 2026. Randy was born on August 1, 1980, in Hopewell, VA.
Randy was the life of the party. He always had a joke or a funny story, and his laugh was contagious. He loved his family deeply. He was very close to his mother and father, overprotective of his little sister, and shared a strong bond with his two brothers. His children meant the world to him.
He is survived by his loving parents, Elson Luis Aviles Sr. and Nilsa I. Aviles; his maternal grandmother, Martha Roman Rivera; his siblings, SgtMaj/USMC (Ret.) Elson Luis Aviles Jr., Kellyann Y. Aviles, and Jesus Edwin Aviles; his daughters, Randee Aviles and Elise Aviles; his son, Marquise Johnson; and his grandson, Marquise Johnson Jr, 11 nieces, and nephews, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by both paternal grandparents, his maternal grandfather, and his cousin, Robin Rivera Jr.
Randy will be remembered for his humor, his big heart, and his love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
