Dorothy Jean Adams was called home to be with the Lord on October 30, 2024. God knew we loved her, but God loved her the best, and according to God's
plan, it was time for our beloved Dorothy to go home to be with the Lord for all eternity. Dorothy Jean Adams was born in Newburgh, New York to her mother Willa Mae Adams, She was pre-deceased by both of her parents.
Dorothy was a shining light amongst her family and friends. She was a comedian and always enjoyed making people laugh. She was very bubbly and
had a spirit that was full of life. She brought laughter to everyone who was around her. Dorothy also was a fashionista. She was a diva and always will be a diva. She always took the time out to make sure she looked good from head to toe. She embraced and loved so many people throughout her life and was loved by so many.
Dorothy Jean Adams leaves to cherish the wonderful memories; of her daughter, Amanda Adell Reese of Columbia, South Carolina; son, Willie Brandon Reese of Ohio; 3 granddaughters, Heavenly Brown, Briana Reese, and Brielle Reese; 4 grandsons, Armani Greene, Brandon Reese, King Williams, and Brakai Reese; 2 sisters, Gloria D. Adams and Yvonne Adams; 3 brothers, Alexander Adams, LorenZo Adams, Alfonso Adams, and predeceased by her brother, Lester Davis.
Some people only dream of angels, we held one in our arms, our mother, our friends, our sister, our aunt Dorothy Jean Adams will never be forgotten. We love her, and she will always be in our hearts forever.
