Obituary For Christopher D. Polk

Christopher Polk born July 24, 1968 and passed away on September 18, 2025. He was 57 yrs old. Chris was born to his parents, Annie Polk and the (Late) Arthur Lee Polk Sr. Chris attended Newburgh schools.

He loved to imitate people, especially his brothers and Bobby Womack and those big glasses. He kept us laughing. He had a beautiful sense of humor and loved to dance. Chris would start dancing when he heard some of his favorite songs. He leaves a void in our hearts.

Chris leaves behind 1 sister Menessa Polk-Porter, 5 brothers, Arthur Lee Polk Jr, Antoine Polk, James Polk, Frank Polk and Michael Polk. Aunt, Susie "Starr" Williams and Uncles William Richardson and Joseph Williams and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chris will truly be missed and forever in our hearts, we love you.

I can remember growing up when your family lived on Grand Street in Newburgh. I would pickup my sister from your house because your mother would babysit her, and I would walk her and you to afternoon kindergarten session. I would walk you and my sister home from school. You will solely missed 😢 ❤️ cousin. Rest in Paradise...My condolences to your family, love you all.
