Celebrating the Life of David O. Christie
David Christie, affectionately known as “Delli” “Delinja” or “King,” was born on August 7, 1960, in the Parish of St. Ann, Jamaica, to Eliza Willis and Joseph Christie, the second of nine children.
David passed away on September 26, 2024.
David is survived by; His loving wife, Codian Harriott-Christie; 2 cherished daughters, Leshawn Christie and Kadian Christie-Davis; sisters, Violet Flowers, Hortense Johnson, Clementina Johnson, Anieta Johnson, Alfred Johnson, and Julian Christie; brother-in-law, Everton Flowers; 2 sons-in-law, Miguel Davis, and Andrew Lewi; beloved granddaughter, Kaileigh Edie; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and a host of friends. David’s life was marked by love, kindness, and dedication to his family. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the memories shared by those who knew him.
Rest in peace, David Christie.
